We do not respond to emails from customers asking:

"When will my order arrive?"
We will only respond if the order is more than 25 business days old.

"I want to know the delivery time?"

"Are these official jerseys?"
Official products are sold exclusively in official stores.

"Is it possible to cancel my order without having received it yet?"
Please wait until you receive your product. Please review our return policy and follow the steps to request a refund.

"Why does tracking only say 'On the Way'?"
Some tracking codes do not provide detailed updates during international transit. Carriers such as CTT, Colissimo, AnPost or Royal Mail usually update the information only after the package has cleared customs in the destination country, usually 2 or 3 days before delivery.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The standard delivery time is approximately 2 weeks, but can be up to 25 business days. See our shipping policy: Shipping Policy .

What is your delivery estimate?
We cannot guarantee an exact date due to factors such as weekends, preparation, shipping company or customs delays.

Approximate estimate by country:

  • Preparation time: 3 to 5 days (any country).
  • Shipping time:
    • Portugal and Spain: 7 to 12 days
    • ES-PT Islands: 17 to 25 days
    • UK, France and Italy: 8 to 12 days
    • Ireland, Sweden and Norway: 8 to 14 days
    • Germany, Switzerland and Belgium: 5 to 10 days
    • Netherlands: 5 to 7 days
    • Rest of Europe: 8 to 14 days

Note: Deadlines may be longer during special times, such as Christmas.

What is the shipping price?

  • Registered Shipping:
    • Mainland Portugal and Islands (<20€): 3.50€
    • Mainland Portugal and Islands (>€20): €5.40
    • Eurozone: €6.95

Free shipping:

  • Orders over €65 for Portugal and Islands.
  • Orders over €100 for other countries.

Note: We do not ship cash on delivery or unregistered shipments.

When will I receive the tracking code?
The tracking code will be sent up to 5 days after the order is shipped.

Where can I track the status of my order?
Track the status on 17Track or on the carrier's website.

Do you ship without registration or cash on delivery?
No, all shipments are registered and prepaid.

Can I change my address?
Changes are possible within the first 2 days after ordering, as long as shipping has not yet taken place.

Returns and Refunds

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, as long as:

  • The product is intact, in its original packaging and accompanied by the purchase confirmation email.
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
  • Be informed of the reason for the return.

Accepted reasons:

  • Defect proven.
  • Product different from the one purchased.
  • Incorrect size.

Note: We do not accept returns on custom jerseys, mystery jerseys or tracksuits.

Can I request a refund before 25 business days?
No. Refunds are only possible after 25 working days from payment confirmation.

Is the shipping fee refundable?
No, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I cancel the order after payment?

Personalization

Can I choose a Patch?
Yes, add to Patches collection.

What happens if I don't select personalization?
The shirt will be delivered without personalization.

What if I don't specify the desired patch?
The product will be shipped without a patch.

Can I change customization or size after shipping?
Changes are allowed up to 15 hours after submission. After that, modifications are not possible.
